ETSU has been selected for a new national initiative focused on helping rural students succeed in college and connect with careers that strengthen their communities.

The Rural Student Success Network includes just 17 institutions nationwide and will focus on transfer students, adult learners and workforce development in rural regions.

It’s another reflection of ETSU’s commitment to student success and serving Appalachia.

The Nurse Narratives Initiative was created to make space for real stories from nurses. Stories that don’t always get told.

Some are featured in “Nurse: Empathy Heals.” Others are still being shared every day.

If you’re a nurse, you can add your voice. If you’re listening, you can learn from theirs.
