We had our Annual Hall of Fame event last month. This event honors alumni and other individuals who have contributed in a significant way to the vision and mission of the College and/or who have distinguished themselves in their chosen fields, disciplines, positions, and/or occupations.

Hon. Judge Todd Ross is a judge, attorney, and educator with more than 30 years of experience in law, mental health, and social services. Since 2012, he has served on the Hawkins County General Sessions Court in Rogersville, Tennessee, overseeing criminal and civil cases and training Recovery Court professionals nationwide through ALL RISE.

Before joining the bench, he practiced law in private firms and worked extensively with at-risk youth and individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Judge Ross earned a J.D., Summa Cum Laude, from Appalachian School of Law and degrees in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy from East Tennessee State University. He founded the Hawkins County Recovery Court and Justice for Vets Program and received the Judge Seth Norman Making a Difference Award in 2024.
