One reason why we have the Geoscience department at ETSU is because of the Gray Fossil Site. It's such a wonderful opportunity to have this nearby and be able to take tours and learn about our area's paleontological history. We also want to thank David Moscato, a former ETSU grad student, for giving our club an fantastic tour of the place.

If you ever get the chance, you should visit the site! ETSU students get in for free with their ID.

Thanks Tori Anderson and Ingrid Gough Luffman for showing us how to take Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and Turbidity (water clarity) measurements for Brush Creek at Founders Park! And thanks also to William Tollefson for giving a great Story Map presentation about the flood mitigation at ETSU and in Johnson City!
