Submit your nomination for the inaugural ETSU College of Nursing Legacy Awards
This year, we are kindly requesting nominations for two awards.

The Pinnacle Award honors a graduate whose career exemplifies the highest standards of professional excellence, leadership, and service to the profession. This award recognizes an alum who has made significant, sustained contributions to nursing practice, education, scholarship, or health care leadership and whose achievements have had a meaningful impact on patients, communities, and the advancement of the nursing profession.

Eligibility Criteria

Nominees must:
Be a graduate of an ETSU College of Nursing program
Have graduated 10 or more years ago
Demonstrate significant achievements and sustained contributions
Exhibit professionalism and ethical standards consistent with nursing practice
Show contributions that reflect positively on the ETSU College of Nursing

The Trailblazer Award honors early-career graduates who are already making meaningful and innovative contributions to the nursing profession and healthcare. The Trailblazer award recognizes alumni within the first 1-9 years following graduation. This award celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional initiative, leadership potential, and a commitment to improving health outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Nominees must:
Be a graduate of an ETSU College of Nursing program
Be within 1-9 years of initial graduation from an ETSU nursing program
Demonstrate significant early-career achievements and leadership potential
Exhibit professionalism and ethical standards consistent with nursing practice
Show contributions that reflect positively on the ETSU College of Nursing
