Dr. Janel Paulk from the Department of Computing has been selected as a Presidential Innovation Fellow, where she’ll contribute to and enhance a special national project.

Creating memories that last a lifetime just became a fully dedicated degree! 🎢

The Tennessee Higher Education Commission has approved the new Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management, launching this fall.

Building on the existing concentration within the Department of Management and Supply Chain, this full degree prepares students to jump into one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing industries!

ICYMI, CBAT Research and Creative Activity (RCA) wrapped up the semester with the launch of its new Bucs and Brews series featuring expert faculty-led presentations on modern topics.

For example, Shara Lange, with the Department of Media and Communication, explored the world of creative non-fiction productions!

Topics also included NIL with SARM’s Brian Johnston, and banking history with Economics and Finance’s Kevin Kilgore and Bill Trainor. Be on the lookout for future Bucs and Brews in the fall!
