Job opportunity:
Sensational Steps Therapy is looking for a full-time pediatric occupational therapist to join our team in Spring Lake, MI.

Sensational Steps is a growing pediatric clinic rooted in relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming care and heavily grounded in the DIRFloortime approach. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and truly meeting children where they are. We work with a wide variety of neurodiverse children and developmental needs, and we strive to create an environment where kids, families, and therapists feel supported, respected, and valued.

This position offers a great deal of independence while still being part of a close, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about pediatrics, enjoys thinking outside the box, and values building meaningful relationships with children and families. Early mentorship with cotreatments and ongoing DIRFloortime mentorship are provided to ensure you are properly supported to take over a full caseload.

This position offers flexibility. We will consider an applicant's preference for hours and schedule, as well as wage type. We also have many great benefits including PTO / Sick Days, CEU credits, and 401k with matching. We are also adding medical insurance right now, so that is a new and exciting benefit that will be available this summer!

Our OT needs have grown a lot in the last year and we have big dreams to be the first Floortime facility in the state. We are incredibly excited about where we are headed. I truly believe this is a special place to work, and I would love the opportunity to connect with likeminded therapists and/or passionate students that are eager to start their career in Spring Lake!
