Project Pan is a challenge where people try to finish their beauty products until they reach the bottom, also known as “hitting pan”. The term originally came from powder makeup products, but now it can refer to any beauty product that has been completely used.

Project Pan in 6 Steps:

1. Choose products you want to use up
2. Set a goal, like finishing the product or hitting pan
3. Take a before-after photo or track your progress
4. Use the products regularly
5. Share the products regularly
6. Share or update your progress over time

Finish the product and choose a new one, if you want.
