It’s Black Joy Week at Kalamazoo College, a time for students, faculty and staff to recharge, connect and celebrate through music, movement, wellness and shared experiences! We had a beautiful afternoon for today’s picnic, but don’t forget about the events we have coming for the rest of the week including:
• A fundraiser for Cradle Kalamazoo at https://ow.ly/XXG350Z1SwV.
• A 3-on-3 basketball tournament from 4:30–6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Find registration at https://ow.ly/HU2Z50Z1SwU
• Wellness Wednesday with paint, punch and popsicles from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on the Quad.
• Throwback Thursday dancing with the Black Student Organization and music provided by Ron Dillard from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on the Quad.
• A scavenger hunt from 12:01 a.m.–11:59 p.m. Friday at multiple outdoors locations on campus, the Upjohn Library Commons and the Hicks Student Center.
