Fringe Benefits of Education (FBOE) No More Excuses! KCKCC Mission: Inspire individuals & enrich our community one student at a time.

Fringe Benefits of Education (FBOE) is a program designed to work with males 17 - 24 years of age who may have lost hope of being successful in school or work. Since Spring 2007, FBOE has been helping, primarily, young men overcome the barriers that have caused them to give up hope and disconnect from their dreams.
