What’s up with cops and donuts?

Long before 24 hr gas stations and convenience stores, Police officers working night shift used to not have anyplace to grab something to eat.
Bakers used to go into their shops early in the morning to begin baking before anyone else got up to get breakfast.
The police officers would buy donuts early in the morning from bakers and donut shops because they were the only place open.

What is it? It Naloxone nasal spray.
Commonly known as Narcan. This is a medication used to reverse the effects of opioid overdose. Using this can reverse the effects of opioid overdose in as little as 3 minutes. Nalaxone/Narcan is safe to use and has saved countless lives in the world wide opioid epidemic. This is just another tool our officers carry and use to keep our community safe!
