Hello, all!
For those who are still looking to do their 20 volunteer hours, AND if you want to give back to the community and be involved with a cool, huge conference happening here at KSU, please read the message below:
Greetings,
It is with great excitement that Kennesaw State University will be the first institution in Georgia to host the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) in April 2019!
This exciting event brings students from all over the nation to present their scholarship as posters, oral presentations, performances, and visual arts displays over the course of a 2.5- day period.
As host of this phenomenal event, we hope to recruit a large pool of dedicated, enthusiastic volunteers! We are seeking volunteers for multiple shifts over multiple days which provides a great opportunity to fulfill volunteer hours, meet influential people, and represent the institution you call home! We are less than a month away and we're far from our goal, so we need YOU to make this event a success. All volunteers receive a free t-shirt and meal so spread the word far and wide!
Please visit the following Volunteer Survey to register for opportunities. Additional information will be provided closer to the event date but, for now, please mark your calendars with any shifts for which you signed-up. All classes during this time will be redirected to the NCUR event so please plan accordingly. You can also utilize the following link to determine presentation times to ensure they do not conflict with the opportunities you wish to volunteer.
We are hoping to finalize volunteer numbers very soon - please register now! It only takes a few minutes.
