Interested in school psychology? Consider attending this informational event about the UW-Whitewater graduate program in school psychology.
“Creating Diverse Leadership in School Psychology”
The open house will be held on Monday, October 27th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m – 3:00 p.m in Laurentide Hall, Room 4012 or via Webex. This event is intended for undergraduate students or alumni who are interested in the profession of school psychology. We welcome students from all backgrounds, particularly those from groups who have traditionally been underrepresented in graduate programs. We encourage all to attend and look forward to a greater exchange of perspectives in our program. The afternoon will consist of a variety of activities including informational presentations, a panel discussion, and tours of the facilities. Participants can expect to learn about how school psychologists are leaders in their fields; meet students, faculty, and alumni in the program; find out how to apply and to receive support in graduate school; hear about what it is like to be a graduate student in the program from current students and alumni; and get their questions answered.
We hope you will take this opportunity to learn more about the School Psychology Program at UW-Whitewater. Please register for this event by October 20th. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or (262) 472-1850.
