We are two weeks away from the Kent State School of Fashion’s 20th anniversary of its New York City Fashion program! Let's take a look at alumna Dior Delophont Gleysteen, ’16, who will be attending the celebration!

Dior came to Kent State to pursue a dual path of fashion and sports. During her senior year in the School of Fashion, she was selected to showcase her collection on the runway at Beijing Fashion Week! As an eight-time All-American track student-athlete, she was inducted into the Kent State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024.

After graduation, she set her sights on New York City. In 2026, Dior officially opened Maison Kébou, a couture house built upon the confidence gleaned from her global path as well as a rich narrative of artistry designed for the 21st century woman.

Proud Kent State alumnus Jonathon Fauvie, MPH ’16, works at Medical Mutual, where he develops programs with nonprofit partners that address social drivers of health. His work focuses on expanding healthcare beyond traditional settings and into the communities it serves. 💛⚡
