We are incredibly grateful to Stanley Konopka, Assistant Principal Viola of The Cleveland Orchestra, for spending time with the Kent State University Orchestra and coaching our string students. 🎻

Stanley’s thoughtful coaching, mentorship and attention to detail provided an invaluable experience for our students. We truly appreciate the time, expertise and generosity he shared with our musicians.

This master class was made possible through Kent State University’s partnership with The Cleveland Orchestra and Kent Blossom Music Festival — a partnership that continues to create meaningful opportunities for Kent State students to learn from and work alongside Cleveland Orchestra musicians.
