🌼 Hands in the Dirt, Seeds From the Sky! 🌱🐝

👋Thank you to all 8 volunteers throwing seedballs on campus on Oct. 14 and all 16 volunteers making 401 seedballs on Sept. 30!

Kent State students kicked off Campus Sustainability Month by getting their hands dirty and helping pollinator habitat take root across campus! 💛💙

Through seedball making and launching, students helped augment Kent State’s pollinator plants and support the bees, butterflies, and other pollinators that keep our ecosystems thriving. Every seed is a little step toward a more pollinator-friendly campus! 🌸🦋

Here’s to growing a greener campus, one seed at a time! 🌿

Today we remember.

On May 4, 1970, four Kent State students were killed and nine were wounded during an anti-war protest on this campus. We honor their memory—by continuing to reflect and bear witness.

Yesterday, members of our community gathered for the National Ride A Bike Day May 4 Riding Tour, visiting the Memorial and other historic sites across campus. We share these moments as a quiet reflection of remembrance and learning.
