We had a great visit in our Senior Capstone class today from Kayla Lofland, who is working as a Communication Specialist for Backyard Studios in San Antonio. In addition to answering questions about all areas of social media she put on a master class in Search Engine Optimization. Thank you Kayla!

Due to the easing probability of icy conditions tomorrow morning, February 2nd, 2023, in Kerrville and the surrounding areas, the Schreiner University campus will resume operations at noon.
We will continue to monitor the weather, road conditions, and campus safety concerns overnight through tomorrow morning. Job Description:
Spend a summer in the beautiful Hill Country of Central Texas. Make a positive difference in the lives of campers from around the globe by collecting, editing, and producing video footage of camp.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Communicating the camp experience to parents and public with professional quality video
• Film, edit, publish end-of-session camp videos
• Film, edit, cabin lip sync videos
• Film short skits, gags, insta stories, ect.

Qualifications:
We are looking for staff with a positive attitude, a spirit of adventure and a desire to impact each camper in a positive way. Sincerity, enthusiasm, sound judgment, constructive communication and a good sense of humor are all qualities that we value in staff.
Additional qualifications for this position include:
• Well developed time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to work with and instruct youth aged 6-16, as well as to serve as a positive role model for youth.
• Experience editing in Adobe Premiere pro, Final cut pro (or willingness to learn)
Job Availability:
Summer: May 23-August 8, 2021

Hey all!!

We are very excited to announce our upcoming Workshop Wednesday!! On March 10th, our guest speaker will be Dr. Jen Welter!! She has received a Master's in Sport Psychology from Capella University as well as a Doctorate Degree in Psychology. Jen is widely know for being the first female to coach football in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals in 2015 and is a major pioneer within the sports industry! We are extremely excited to have her come speak and inform you all about her journey in the sport and coaching field. This workshop will be at 3 pm via teams, so please don't miss this exciting opportunity to connect with us and learn from a major icon within the world of sport!
