We will be meeting tonight at 5pm in Washburn 319 to hold elections and vote on the official name and mission statement of the new interdisciplinary society to be created by the merger with the URI Anthropology Society (formally approved at our last meeting)! Hope to see you there!

For those who are looking for something interesting to do tonight, a reminder that visiting international scholar and underwater archaeologist, Dr. Irena Radic Rossi of Croatia, will be giving a lecture entitle 'The Gnalic Shipwreck: Mirror of the Renaissance World' at 7 pm in Swan Auditorium!

is a leading scholar in Mediterranean Underwater Archaeology at the University of Zadar, Croatia, and a pioneer in developing interdisciplinary collaborations among the European maritime and marine robotics research communities.

Minutes and news from yesterday's meeting have been sent out! At our next meeting we will be discussing the formal merger between the Classics and Anthropology societies and accepting nominations and declarations for elections, which will be held at the last meeting of the month (March 31st). Attendance at the next meeting is very important, and we hope to see everyone there!
