You have undoubtedly seen this aggressive invasive plant as it is taking over roadsides and stream banks across the northeast and beyond. Help us to learn which knotweed species are most abundant in RI so that we can pursue the most effective biocontrol methods. Send us photos of leaves and the entire plant so we can ID the knotweed in your area.
