Throughout the year, our faculty and students participate in the community-based Lending Economic Assistance to Pets or LEAP Program made possible by a partnership with the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation.🐾 This program provides free preventive veterinary care to pets that are owned by those who may be unable to leave their home or need some additional assistance with pet care costs. Since May of last year, we have served 26 families and 33 pets in our community!🐱🐶

To see if you're eligible for LEAP services, visit https://www.tvmf.org/programs/tvmf-leap/
