Thanks to the P1 and P2 student volunteers who helped make the airshow health fair a success! I hope this was a fun event for y'all and that we can get more students involved next year. Plus, the weather was perfect for us!

IPPE assignments are available on E*Value. If you cannot see your IPPE Spring site, then you are non-adherent to the requirements which should be posted under immuns and certs. All of the following should be posted and indicate status “MET” in order to see your IPPE Spring site and preceptor.

1. Background check (proof it has been completed)
2. First Aid card/certificate
3. HIPAA Training (you need to complete the course on Pharmacist’s Letter of elsewhere –annually)
4. HAZCOM certificate (a copy of the certificate was emailed to you from P1 orientation)
5. Immunization Certification (a copy of your completion certificate from APhA during P1 Fall)
6. Intern License – TX (a screenshot, copy or scan of your intern license)
7. OSHA Training (you need to complete a Blood borne pathogens or OSHA course on Pharmacist’s Letter annually)

Finally, all rotation assignments are based on site and preceptor availability and thus, many students were assigned sites outside their regional preferences. Sites can still be cancelled or changed through the start date in January 2014 based on the preceptor. Thank you for your attention.
