🌟 Student of the Month: Abraham Ayala 🌟

Meet Abraham Ayala, a junior at Texas A&M University-Kingsville! Abraham is an active student on campus, dedicating his time to the TAMUK Rangeland Plant ID Team and the Trap and S***t Club.

Majoring in Range and Wildlife, he is passionate about conservation and wildlife management. His goal after graduation? To become a Game Warden, protecting Texas' natural resources and wildlife.

Zechariah Randall, a freshman at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from Lampasas, Texas, is extremely active in the Plant ID Team and participates in the Baptist Student Ministry, the Wildlife Society, and MANRRS, showcasing his passion for conservation and leadership. Meet John Velasquez, a junior at Texas A&M University-Kingsville majoring in Range and Wildlife. Hailing from Pearsall, Texas, John serves as the Vice President of the TAMUK Rangeland Plants Club and is also active in the Plant ID Team. With a passion for plants and conservation, John plans to become a game warden, where he hopes to protect wildlife and natural resources.

The TAMUK Plant team traveled to Bastrop for the Texas Section Society for Range Management Annual Meeting and Plant ID Contest this week and we are super proud to announce they will be bringing home 1st place!!

We also had the 1st and 2nd place high individuals with Peter Cole and Josh Allison!
