State Fair Community College - Whiteman Air Force Base SFCC has been offering classes at Whiteman Air Force Base since 1988. Earn your AA, AAT or AAS on base. SFCC will not vouch for civilian students.

SFCC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission; visit hlcommission.org to view status. Due to stringent security requirements at Whiteman AFB, all civilian students must secure their own passage onto the base. This means that civilian students who wish to take classes on the base will only be allowed entry if they are sponsored by an active duty member, a retiree, a military dependent or a D

-Only U.S. citizens may enroll at this site.
-All non-military students must acquire a military sponsor for base entry.
-All sessions are 8 weeks long.
-All active duty military, their spouses and dependent children, regardless of residency status, pay the in-district tuition and fees per credit hour.

Due to inclement weather, SFCC is adjusting operations for Monday, Dec. 1, 2025.

Whiteman Air Force Base: The campus will release at 1 p.m., and there will be no in-person evening classes. The campus will delay opening on Tuesday, Dec. 2 until 9 a.m.

Lake of the Ozarks: In-person evening classes are canceled.

As with all weather-related adjustments, some instructors may move classes to Zoom or assign work through Canvas. Students should check their SFCC email and Canvas course pages for course-specific updates.
