Today’s goes out to all of our Lewis Attendees!!! Lewis Institute is a five-day immersive leadership development experiment hosted by each summer! Lewis develops courageous leaders to how to facilitate change in their chapter, campus, and communities, all centered around Delta Gamma’s mutual purpose.
Hear from one of last year’s attendees, , on her experience at the Institute:
“Attending Lewis Institute last summer was such a wonderful opportunity that I am so immensely grateful for. I got to learn about leadership styles, and how to apply my strengths into my Delta Gamma positions. I was also able to learn by meeting ambitious women from chapters across the US (and Canada,) which was such a privilege. At Lewis, I was able to make deep and meaningful friendships, and they have encouraged me to achieve my goals in leadership. Lewis Institute also reminded me that this is a sisterhood that stretches beyond the University of Tennessee, and beyond my four years in college. It showed me that Delta Gamma lasts forever, and no matter where I am, there is a sister there to support me!”
This year, Gamma Alpha has the privilege of sending four members to the Lewis Institute💗💗💗Congratulations Addison, Kendall, Maddy, and Mollie! We can’t wait to see how this shapes you!
