At Johnson University, educating Christian leaders has been a focus since 1893. Today the School of Business & Public Leadership is applying this historic purpose to the area of profit, nonprofit, and public sector administration and leadership. Faculty are demonstrated leaders with requisite experience plus academic credentials who challenge and inspire leaders to use their expertise and talents

creatively, innovatively, and ethically to form vibrant organizations and communities. Degrees in business administration, nonprofit management, and leadership studies promote ethical and competent Christian leadership in the management of for-profit, nonprofit, and public organizations. A biblically-based curriculum integrates theory and practice, creative problem solving, integrity, ethical decision making, stewardship, and competency in research and administration. The School of Business & Public Leadership prepares Christian leaders to become better analysts, strategists, and decision makers by providing an affordable education at an accredited university. Prospective students join a network of practitioners and scholars interested in leadership studies, ethical leadership, and action within their professional communities.

Lennart Kleeberg brought his talent from Germany to Johnson, where he competed in the European Youth Olympic Festival and earned Athlete of the Year honors in high school.

Now a freshman studying Business & Leadership and playing varsity tennis, Lennart has earned All-AAC First Team recognition while learning to integrate his competitive drive with faith-grounded business training.

He’s discovering what it means to lead with integrity—on the court and beyond.
