Recycling Reminder of the Day: Do NOT put plastic bags in single stream recycling bins. Plastic bags are the top source of contamination in recycling facilities and are sent to landfill. They also clog the machinery and are a hassle to remove. Most grocery stores around Knoxville have drop off bins for plastic bags near the front door!
