Haslam students recently explored business, culture and innovation in Portugal! 🇵🇹 During their time in Lisbon, students visited global companies and local startups to learn about trade, entrepreneurship and economic growth within the European Union. These Haslam students learned about nonprofits and social enterprise in Cape Town, South Africa. 🇿🇦 Through business site visits, cultural experiences and nonprofit engagement, students examined how government, culture and entrepreneurship shape South Africa's global presence. Highlights included a cooking class in Bo-Kaap, a cricket lesson and a wildlife safari in the "Rainbow Nation."
