PTK Alpha Theta Xi Chapter

PTK Alpha Theta Xi Chapter Pellissippi State Community College's Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society - Alpha Theta Xi Chapter. What is Phi Theta Kappa?

About Phi Theta Kappa
The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic

excellence. The benefits of Phi Theta Kappa Community Service reach far beyond our members. While you become eligible for several exclusive scholarships and programs as a member of the Honor Society and gain the opportunity to participate as a chapter officer or title member, you are not required to be a member in order to be a successful leader and volunteer. Your service is valuable no matter your title or association! However, the one-time, $75 lifetime membership fee allows you to connect with millions of scholars worldwide, compete for preferential scholarships, graduate with recognized honors during your commencement ceremony, and many other perks!
