Austin Harris is pursuing a Master’s in Multicultural Education: Equity Track and serves as a Student & Leadership Development Graduate Assistant.

Through his involvement with the Multicultural Center and the Boxwood House, Austin has built a strong sense of community and connection, shaped by the students and staff committed to supporting one another.

His graduate experience continues to develop his leadership through hands-on collaboration, creating impactful programming, and working through complex challenges alongside others.

Austin credits Dr. Kong for encouraging him to lead with confidence, embrace challenges, and strengthen his planning and leadership skills.
