This summer, UWL CBA students traveled to Germany with Dr. Peter Haried for IS 405, spending two weeks immersed in international business, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

From exploring global business practices to experiencing life abroad, students gained insights that can't be learned from a textbook alone.

From campus leadership to big career goals, UWL marketing senior Max Schmeling is making the most of every moment! 🦅

When Max needed a boost to keep pushing toward his degree, the Joe Laux Family Scholarship arrived at the perfect time. "It felt like a massive weight was taken off my back," Max says. "The news gave me another reason to keep pushing."

Now, he’s living his best college life—leading Wishmakers on Campus, running Campus Cakes, and aiming for a marketing career in sports. 🏀
