Sorry to report that TKE District President from The McNutt Region back in the late 1980’s & early 90’s, Frater Jay Taylor has passed to the TKE Chapter Eternal. He lived & raised a family in the Minneapolis area. ♥️🔻 Jay was our lead in the 90’s Recharter of Theta Phi and was known by all from that era. He made regular visits to Lax, went with us to TKE events and helped us with our challenges and issues. YITB…
