We are ready to assist current and former students, alumni, parents, and university faculty and staff with a wide array of services, which include adding and dropping classes, degree/enrollment verification, obtaining transcripts, grade reporting, graduation certification, and more. Our office is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This means we strive for top-quality accuracy in ma

intaining student records, updating courses, reporting enrollment, providing advisement reports, and recording degrees earned. We also help develop the course schedules each term and administer the academic space in campus buildings. Finally, we confirm academic eligibility for student athletes and provide benefit services to our student veterans. We strive to fully protect student’s educational records as required by the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA). The law states that all student information not defined as directory information cannot be released to third parties without the written authorization of the student. This authorization must be given every time the student requests a transcript or asks that a third party be allowed access to the student’s educational record.

FAQ: Why do I have a fee for registration if I dropped all my courses before the semester started?

A non-refundable registration fee is assessed to all undergraduate and graduate students each semester they register for one or more courses, whether or not the student drops the course(s) before the semester starts. If you do not remember registering for a course, contact our office and we can look up your record. To pay the fee, contact the Cashier's office or go online to your WINGS Student Center.

A reminder that registration for Fall will be temporarily closed starting at midnight tonight! From May 28-July 11 registration will pause for existing students to allow incoming freshmen to register during START. Registration will re-open July 13.

If you are a Wisconsin resident and 60 years or older (by the first day of class), you may qualify to audit classes free of charge* on a space-available basis by permission of the instructor!
*the senior auditor is responsible for paying any special course/material fees.
Auditing is defined as sitting in on a lecture course and not actively participating. Auditors are not required to recite, perform, or take any examinations, although regular attendance is expected. See here for more info! https://www.uwlax.edu/.../other.../over-60-adult-students/
