We are ready to assist current and former students, alumni, parents, and university faculty and staff with a wide array of services, which include adding and dropping classes, degree/enrollment verification, obtaining transcripts, grade reporting, graduation certification, and more. Our office is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This means we strive for top-quality accuracy in ma

intaining student records, updating courses, reporting enrollment, providing advisement reports, and recording degrees earned. We also help develop the course schedules each term and administer the academic space in campus buildings. Finally, we confirm academic eligibility for student athletes and provide benefit services to our student veterans. We strive to fully protect student’s educational records as required by the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA). The law states that all student information not defined as directory information cannot be released to third parties without the written authorization of the student. This authorization must be given every time the student requests a transcript or asks that a third party be allowed access to the student’s educational record.

Do you need to order an official transcript? Official transcripts are issued by the Records & Registration Office and bear the University seal and Registrar signature. The cost for an official transcript is $12.00. Third party requests will not be accepted unless a signed release accompanies the request. Official transcripts will be sent to address indicated on the request.
