Research on Autism and Development at UC San Diego

Research on Autism and Development at UC San Diego We study the relationship between cognitive abilities like attention, vision, and language in Autism and ASD populations.

We are here to provide helpful information and be a resource to the Autism community. At RADLab, we study cognitive processes including attention, vision, and language in Autism Spectrum Disorder in order to understand how we may better help individuals and their families face real world challenges. We pride ourselves on being a center for discovery, technological innovation, and ground breaking r

esearch as well as a resource for the community. Participants in our lab consist mostly of individuals diagnosed with Autism or ASD, but can include other populations as well. Our focus is on adolescents and young adults, though we occasionally have opportunities for young children also. We schedule visits to the lab to fit our families' schedules and try and make the experience as comfortable as possible. We also provide compensation for participation!
