Divergent Engineering

Divergent Engineering Divergent Engineering, divE, is an interdisciplinary student organization at UCSD. We encourage students from all disciplines to apply to Divergent Engineering.

Divergent Engineering (divE) is currently a non-profit and self funded organization that has 19 team members with an additional 12 workshop members on deck to join the team. Projects that are currently underway range from a 4-bit adder to a 3D printer made of recycled parts. divE aims to provide a nurturing environment for students to formulate and develop their goals as engineers and scientists.

As an interdisciplinary educational organization, diversity and ingenuity are at the core of our values. We aim to bring together students from various disciplines and encourage them to work on projects representative of real world collaborations.
