The health of an organization depends on the health of its leaders and the leaders can only be as healthy as the organization enables them to be. Our organizational services are aimed at supporting individuals, teams, and organizations so that both ministry leaders and congregations can flourish. We offer:

🔹 Coaching
Flourishing in Ministry coaching focuses on the holistic, personal formation of ministry leaders. We integrate practical and pastoral theology, applied positive psychology from the Flourishing in Ministry project, and ministry leadership coaching into experiences that help ministry leaders increase their wellbeing. We also provide curriculum-driven group coaching to increase flourishing among groups of leaders.

🔹 Consulting
The context in which ministry leaders work has a significant effect on their wellbeing. We work with key leaders in your organization to develop the kind of organizational dynamics that foster wellbeing for all your leaders.

🔹 Speaking
Bring an expert on ministry leader wellbeing to speak to your leaders and ministry teams.

🔹 Training
We train leadership teams of any size to develop personalized wellbeing plans, establish team practices that foster wellbeing, and develop skills to help leaders improve the wellbeing of those you serve.

According to Christian psychologist Dr. Archibald Hart, "Pastors don't get into trouble because they forget they are pastors. They get into trouble because they forget they are persons." You are a person, a human being, before you are a pastor or a pastor’s spouse. You are more than your very important and sacred role.

The free Flourishing in Ministry Well-being Assessment is designed to help you check in with yourself and your overall well-being so you can continue to flourish in your own life and ministry. We invite you to take the assessment to receive a comprehensive well-being evaluation on key research-based dimensions found to contribute to flourishing in ministry: Daily Wellbeing, Resilience, Thriving, and Authenticity. Personalized recommendations for how to improve in each of the dimensions are included in the results to help you engage in practices that can create a positive cycle of well-being.
