Vanessa Lasala- Adamson (MCJ ‘19), our newest adjunct instructor, is doing some amazing things around Acadiana! Check it out...

Vanessa Adamson, Board Member - Vanessa received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned her Master’s in Criminal Justice from UL Lafayette. She is the Program Director for UL Lafayette AmeriCorps. She works closely with local nonprofit organizations and agencies to address community need by utilizing AmeriCorps volunteers to bridge the gap. Vanessa also teaches a Service and Leadership class at UL Lafayette. She has over 15 years of experience working in education with 10 being in higher education. Along with BVPA, she serves as a member of the President Council on Sustainability Strategic Plan, Louisiana for Prison Reform (LPA) and the League of Women’s Voters. She is a member of The705 and current class of Leadership Lafayette ###III.
