“I was born and raised here in Lafayette. I like that I am able to stay close to my family. I also met my best friend here too!”

- What is your major and how does it fit into your life’s plan?
“I am double majoring in biology and psychology. I want to be a psychiatrist and want to implement the empathy skills that I am learning in my psychology classes so that I can be kind and compassionate to my patients.”

favorite part of working here: The staff has become an extended family. They all care for me so much and are always rooting for me to reach my goals. I couldn’t have pushed myself to graduate without their continued support.

A: My favorite part about working in the academic success center is how nice and welcoming the work environment is as well as getting to help students sort our their schedules.

A: When I’m not in Lee Hall, I’m usually at Starbucks or thrifting.

Q: If you could be any dog which breed would you be?
A: While I love dogs, I would much rather be a cat. For them, it’s perfectly fine to be lazy and sleep all day. Plus, they’re spoiled.
