Ragin' Cajuns show up, no matter where the road takes us! โค๏ธ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

This past weekend, fans made the trip to Ruston as Louisiana and Louisiana Tech renewed their longtime football rivalry for the first time in over a decade.

The game came down to a single point, but what stood out most was the Ragin' Cajun community that showed up to support our team.

Homecoming Saturday was a great day to be a Raginโ€™ Cajun! โค๏ธ๐Ÿค

A special thank you to Our Lady of Lourdes Health, our official Homecoming Parade sponsor, for helping us kick off the day with one of Homecomingโ€™s most beloved traditions. Weโ€™re also grateful to City Bar Maurice, our official Parade Watch Party sponsor, for helping make the morning even more festive with tasty treats and beverages for guests to enjoy. There was a little something for everyone as the Raginโ€™ Cajun spirit rolled through town.

And if you spotted a Homecoming koozie in hand throughout the week, you can thank Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers! Their support provided this yearโ€™s official Homecoming koozies, which made their way through events all week and into Saturdayโ€™s festivities.

From there, the celebration continued at our Alumni Tailgate, where alumni, friends and fans gathered before heading into the stadium to cheer on the Raginโ€™ Cajuns.

Thank you to KOK Wings & Things for helping us serve up a delicious tailgate before Louisiana capped off the day with a Homecoming win over Arkansas State.

From the Homecoming Court Reception to the crowning of our 2026 Homecoming King and Queen, Lee Michaels was part of the celebration every step of the way, helping make the experience special for our entire Homecoming Court. The crowns presented to Emily Lamkin of Metairie, La., and Grayson Kervin of Mandeville, La., were a beautiful centerpiece to one of Homecoming weekโ€™s most memorable traditions.
