🎉 Our students are back, and Gayle Hall is busy again!

We could not be more excited to kick off another fall semester at McNeese! Whether you’re stopping by to visit with one of our student clubs, finding a spot to study with friends, meeting our awesome student workers, or saying hello to our wonderful Admin, Ms. Jennifer Kershaw, there’s always something happening in Gayle Hall.

We have a lot planned for this semester, and we’re excited to bring our students, alumni, families, and friends along for all of it. Be sure to follow along right here on Facebook. 💙💛

One of our students, Darice Johnson is one of only 25 selected and the 1st McNeese student since 2022.
McNeese State University

Darice Johnson, a sophomore from Iowa is one of 25 undergraduate students chosen for the 2026-2027 Edgar Veillon Conservation Leadership Corps, a tuition-free leadership program offered through the Louisiana Wildlife Federation. She is the only student selected from Southwest Louisiana and the first McNeese student to participate since 2022.
