Introducing Abbie Mire from Iowa, LA who is majoring in Nursing!! Abbie is a member of PC’25 and has served as the Academic Excellence Chairwoman for Phi Mu!

“Phi Mu has given me so much more than just a college experience- it has given me lifelong friendships, including friends who came back into my life at the perfect time! Being the Academic Excellence Chairwoman has allowed me to grow as a leader while helping support the girls around me. I also love that we are able to keep Jesus at the center of our sisterhood and encourage one another in our faith. No matter how stressful school gets, Phi Mu is always a place where I can clear my head, take a study break, and be surrounded by people who feel like home!”

Phi Mu Alpha Upsilon is honored to have been named sorority of the year for the 2nd year in a row!!🤗 Phi Mu also received recognition for Outstanding Philanthropic Initiative!! Emily is a member of PC’23 and originally from Iowa, LA! She is majoring in General Studies with a concentration in Family Science. Emily has served as Recruitment Data Chairwoman, Provisional Member Assistant, and has been a part of Honors Committee during her time in Phi Mu!!☺️🩷

“When I went through recruitment Phi Mu was the first house I went into. Walking in I felt a sense of comfort. I always wanted to have sisters, but I never thought I would actually find it through a sorority. Every girl I spoke to was genuine and interested in what I had to offer. They all wanted me to succeed no matter what chapter I ran home to. As a senior, I kept looking back at my time in Phi Mu and I’m filled with gratitude. I have made lifelong friendships and a new little family. I do not think I would be the same person I am today if I didn’t run home to Phi Mu. I am so grateful to know this little pink sorority will always be the place I can call home!”
