It's February.

That means those New Years resolutions have probably been left in the dust of January.

A study from Ohio State University found that only 9% of Americans that make resolutions keep them for the year.

The Washington Post found their study to be a little more promising with a 16% completion rate.

Either way, you get the point. Resolutions don't work.
But you know you need to make a change.

Does your life feel like ground hog day? Same day. Over and over.

Just doing the thing because...

🌿 You've taken care of your family, growing your babies into amazing adults these past few decades. And now what?

🌿 You've put your spouse's career first to invest your time in your family. And now what?

🌿 You're approaching retirement with a successful career behind you. And now what?

You have done all the things well!
But you don't know what's next.
You know you're not showing up for your life. Your life doesn't inspire you.

Deep down, you know you were made for more in this new stage.
