🤠 Get back to Wyoming’s roots and make something with your own two hands.

Join us for Cowboy Crafted: Leather Keychains, where we’re bringing a little old-fashioned craftsmanship back to the Wyrkshop!

Learn the basics of leatherworking as you cut, punch, stamp, and finish your own genuine leather keychain using traditional hand tools. Whether you keep it simple or give it some Western personality, you’ll leave with something made entirely by you.

No experience needed—we’ll provide the leather, tools, and know-how. You just bring a little Wyoming grit.

Our Formlabs Form 4L is officially installed, dialed in, and READY TO ROCK. 🤘

This large-format SLA printer gives our makers even more room to bring highly detailed resin prints to life — whether you're prototyping, making functional parts, or creating something just because you can.

We've been busy getting our newest sewing setup ready for you!

The Wyrkshop now has TWO fully stocked sewing carts, and each one includes:

🪡 5 Brother CS7000X sewing machines
✂️ Sewing notions + tools
🧵 Everything you need to sit down and start sewing

That's 10 sewing machines ready for projects, workshops, classes, and a whole lot of making. 🙌

It’s time to add a little handmade Western flair to your everyday style with Cowboy Crafted: Leather Claw Clips!

Start with pre-cut genuine leather and make it completely your own using leather stamps and traditional hand tools. Then turn your creation into a one-of-a-kind claw clip you can take home and wear.

No leatherworking experience needed—we’ve got the leather, tools, and supplies covered. You bring the creativity and cowgirl spirit. ✨

🛋️ Why replace it when you can repair it?

One of our makers gave her leather couch a second life by replacing the damaged leather herself — and we LOVE how this project turned out. 👏

She used our Cobra Class 26 leather sewing machine to stitch the new leather into place, then added a little Wyoming touch with our Steamboat branding iron. 🤎

Projects don't always have to start from scratch. Sometimes making means fixing what you already have — and making it even better in the process.

🥋 From a broken Velcro strap to a custom-made upgrade.

One of our makers recently brought in a lifting belt that needed a little TLC. Instead of replacing it, they fixed it—and made it even cooler in the process. 👀

Using our Cobra Class 26 leather sewing machine, they repaired the Velcro and then used our laser to create a custom engraved leather patch.

This is exactly the kind of project we love seeing in the Wyrkshop: find a problem, figure it out, and make something better.

The Wyrkshop is officially back in action, and our machines are warmed up and waiting for your next project. 🔥

3D printing? Yep.

👀 Looking for a job that's a little more interesting than sitting behind a desk?

We're hiring! 🔨✨

The Innovation Wyrkshop has a few student positions open this semester, and we're looking for students who love making things, learning new skills, helping others, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

You don't have to know how to use every machine in the Wyrkshop. We can teach you. What we're really looking for is curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn. 💛

If you've been looking for a way to turn your love of making into a campus job, this might be your sign. 👀
