Prince George’s Community College will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day, honoring the contributions of workers who strengthen our communities. Operations and classes will resume Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

A new resource is officially on campus! 💙🩵🦉

PGCC’s cut the ribbon on a new vending machine that makes over-the-counter contraceptive options more affordable, accessible, and convenient for our students. The initiative was developed in response to new Maryland legislation requiring public institutions of higher education to expand access to these products.

The vending machine is located right on campus in the CPA, and it’s another way we’re working to make essential resources easier to access when you need them!

Curated by Prince George's Gallery Director, Dr. Eden Reff-Presco, this exhibition examines the strategic decisions artists make to navigate systems of power, visibility, and historical inequity.
