A little movement, mindfulness, and time to recharge!

Our Student Affairs team welcomed local yoga instructor Jess Vidal to campus for a special Wellness Wednesday event, giving our student doctors an opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and focus on their mental well-being.

Students also enjoyed delicious food from a local vendor, making it a great day of relaxation and connection!
