*Student Specialist/Front Desk Support (1 opening)- CLOSES 6/8/18
Support CAASS by answering phones, scheduling student advising appointments, assist in computer labs during Aggie Welcome and Orientation, and assist with general office support. The position will work with the CAASS data analyst, providing technology support to the staff of the center. The role will require troubleshooting software and hardware problems for computers, printers, scanners, and other related equipment, and conducting regular software and hardware maintenance under the direction of the data analyst. The Center for Academic Advising and Student Support will not have late hours over the winter break. From December 8 through January 12, CAASS will be open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. We will resume our normal hours January 15. NMSU (including CAASS) will be closed from December 22-January 1 for winter break.

The Center for Academic Advising and Student Support is currently experiencing a high volume of calls. If you would like to make an appointment to see your advisor, you can also come to Garcia Annex 103 to do so. The best time is Monday-Thursday between 8:00 -9:30 am and 4:30-6:30 pm and Fridays 8:00-10:00 am.
