🎄✨ Merry Christmas! ✨🎄

Today is a day of joy, gratitude, and time spent with the people who matter most. As we celebrate, it’s also a reminder that taking care of our health is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our families.

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) supports simple, realistic lifestyle changes—like moving more, eating mindfully, and managing stress—that help lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and build healthier futures.

This Christmas, let health be part of the celebration 🎁
📅 NDPP classes begin soon—start the new year with support and confidence.

✨🎄 Christmas Eve is about connection, tradition, and care 🎄✨

As we gather with loved ones tonight, it’s also a great time to care for our health. Small, mindful choices—like enjoying balanced meals, staying active, and tuning in to how our bodies feel—can make a big difference, especially during the holidays.

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) is here to support healthy habits that last well beyond the season. From movement to nutrition to stress management, NDPP helps turn small steps into lasting change.

This Christmas Eve, give yourself (and your loved ones) a gift that truly lasts—your health ❤️

📅 NDPP classes begin soon—now is a great time to start the new year strong.

Today we celebrate gratitude, family, and all the delicious flavors of fall. Whether you're working on healthier habits or supporting someone who is, Thanksgiving can still be full of tradition and mindful choices!

Here are a few healthy Thanksgiving meal ideas to inspire your plate this year:

🥦 Veggie-Packed Sides
• Roasted Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of balsamic
• Honey-roasted carrots
• Green beans sautéed with garlic and almonds

🍠 Smart Starches
• Mashed sweet potatoes (skip the marshmallows—try cinnamon instead!)
• Herb-roasted baby potatoes
• Cauliflower mash for a lighter swap

🍗 Lean Protein Options
• Classic roasted turkey breast
• Herb-rubbed chicken for smaller gatherings
• Lentil or mushroom “meatloaf” for plant-based guests

🥗 Fresh & Flavorful
• Fall harvest salad with apples, pecans, and a light vinaigrette
• Cranberry relish sweetened with orange instead of sugar

🍰 Desserts With Balance
• Baked apples with oats and cinnamon
• Pumpkin pie with a lighter crust or yogurt topping
• Greek yogurt parfait with berries and a dash of nutmeg
