Hello friends 👋

Our eboard has decided to cancel our upcoming camping trip we had planned for this upcoming Saturday. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for our current and prospective club members, and we hope that you all will stay tuned for any events that we plan for the spring!

Guess what?? We're going to be having our first camping trip of the semester!

Join us for a camping trip to Lovell Canyon, which is only about 45-90 minutes away from Las Vegas (depending on where you live). The trip will take place from the afternoon of Saturday, November 27th to the morning of Sunday, November 28th, where we will camp overnight on the 27th and hike Lovell Canyon Trailhead on the morning of the 28th. We are asking those who are interested to RSVP by 11/17 through the link provided below. We will be releasing specific information to those who have filled out the RSVP form in the days leading up to the trip, such as exactly what people should pack, and the designated meeting place. We will be asking for $15 per person to help us cover the costs of gas, food, and any rentals we will need to procure for the trip.

Hey friends!

Join us for a night of rock climbing at the Nevada Climbing Center. Only a few of us on our executive board have done indoor rock climbing before, so if it is your first time, we'll all be amateurs together! The main goal for this meetup would be to socialize with preexisting club members, to meet new people who may be interested in joining our club, and to try something new and fun together.

If interested in attending, don't forget to sign the liability waiver on their website: nvclimbingcenter.com

Prices for renting a shoe and harness PLUS entry will be: $14 for a Day Pass & $ 8 for the Shoes & Harness Package

And of course don’t forget to come see us if you need a place to study on Wednesday afternoons, here’s our schedule for the next two weeks :)
