Last Thursday, members of the UNLV Real Estate & Business Society had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Las Vegas Grand Prix Paddock at Grand Prix Plaza 🏎️🏁

This 300,000 square foot, LEED Silver-certified facility is one of the most ambitious real estate developments on the Las Vegas Strip—and we got to experience it from a completely different perspective! 🌆🔥

From walking through both empty and fully operational floors to seeing how the space transforms during race season and off-season, this tour highlighted the intersection of commercial real estate, large-scale operations, and global entertainment 🌍🎟️

We also had the chance to step onto the starting grid and finish line—bringing the full Formula 1 experience to life 🏙️❤️

Experiences like this go beyond the classroom and show what’s possible in the world of real estate 🏢💡

Sold Out! 🏁 We’re headed to the Paddock.

We are thrilled to announce that RSVPs for our exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Paddock are officially full!
This isn’t just a race track; it’s a masterclass in ambitious real estate. Our group will be diving deep into the operations of this 300,000-square-foot, LEED Silver-certified facility, one of the most significant real estate developments in the history of the Las Vegas Strip.

Our UNLV Real Estate & Business Society students had the opportunity to hear from an inspiring panel of commercial real estate leaders—Venessa McEvoy, Dana Berggren, Cassie Catania-Hsu, Suzette LaGrange, and Lisa Brady—who shared their insights and experiences with the next generation of industry professionals. 🏢✨

It was also great to see the continued impact of the CREW Las Vegas EMPOWER program, bringing together both current UNLV students and returning alumni. 🤝
