Congratulations to our scholars of the month for the month of October!
Charlie Doherty is an Alpha Tau Omega junior majoring in Computer Science and Business. With a 3.95 GPA, he serves as his chapter’s Scholarship Chair and is deeply involved across campus — from directing engineering at the KU Blockchain Institute to tutoring peers in advanced computing. A decorated scholar and award-winning innovator, Charlie embodies academic excellence and leadership, inspiring his fraternity brothers to reach their highest potential.
Emmett Knight is a Sigma Phi Epsilon junior majoring in Finance with a 3.9 GPA. As his chapter’s Social Chair and an active member of the Finance Club, Natural Ties, and multiple intramural basketball teams, Emmett exemplifies balance between academics and involvement. A recipient of the KU Excellence Scholarship and the SigEp New Member Scholarship, he leads by example—demonstrating that dedication to scholarship can thrive alongside leadership and brotherhood.
