It was another busy and productive weekend for the Brothers of Truth and Union Lodge No. 594.

On Saturday, the brothers assisted with the Sip and Swine event in Gwinnett County supporting Home of Hope, an organization that provides shelter and support for women and children. The brethren helped with setup, traffic direction, and food service as we continued our commitment to community service.

On Sunday morning, we joined our Sisters of Truth and Union Chapter No. 590 for a church visitation at Central Baptist Church, where our own Brother Marvin Jones serves as Pastor. Sister Tavis Jones, also a member of the Truth and Union PHAmily, delivered a powerful and inspiring word that uplifted everyone in attendance.

Another great weekend of fellowship, service, and unity. 🤝🏾✨

The Brethren of Truth and Union Lodge have begun February in faithful labor, supporting our Grand Lodge at the Midwinter Planning Session and continuing our work in the community.

In the past two weeks, we completed our first Adopt A Road Cleanup of the year with our Knights of Pythagoras and proudly assisted alongside our Sisters of Truth and Union Chapter No. 590 with the Black History Arts and Culture Celebration, organized by our very own Brother Andy Morgan and Sister Tarece Morgan.

We also supported our Chapter’s Scholarship Flapjack Fundraiser and partnered with New Bethel AME for their monthly food drive, helping distribute over 8,000 lbs. of food throughout Gwinnett and DeKalb Counties.

Just a glimpse of the work being done as our Worshipful Master, Bro. Curtis Miles, continues to lead the way. More to come.

Today, we proudly participated in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade to honor the life, legacy, and vision of Dr. King. As we marched together, we reaffirmed our commitment to unity, justice, service, and equality for all. May this day inspire us not only to remember his dream, but to actively live it—through compassion, courage, and collective action in our communities.
