ATTENTION ALL CURRENT 5TH GRADERS!!! Looking for something to do over the summer and you will be in the 6th grade next school year? Come join our college prep program! There will be STEM workshops, fun games, food, and a trip to Frontier City and its all FREE!!! Camp spaces are very limited so don't delay. Summer Camp applications are available at your elementary schools. SHARE, SHARE, SHARE with every LPS 5th grader you know!!

*Students must be in program to attend Summer Camp. However, Summer Camp attendance is not mandatory to be in the program*

ATTENTION ALL OPEN DOORS RISING 7TH & 8TH GRADERS 📣 Summer is almost here! Registration is now open for the STEM Summer Camp at Great Plains Technology Center, sponsored by Open Doors. If your student is going into the 7th or 8th grade next year, please use the link or scan the QR code below to register for this 4-day camp. ATTENTION ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! 📣 Join us for a tour of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma followed by a ropes obstacle course at Canadian Valley Technology Center.
Permission slips are DUE by FRIDAY, APRIL 19th and can be found in the Open Doors office or main office at your school. We hope to see you there!

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS: Did you know that starting in the 2024-2025 award year, an estimated 610,000 new students will be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant and an additional 1.5 million students will also be eligible to receive a maximum Pell Grant award? There have been a number of changes made to the FAFSA application/process. Why don't you make an appointment to come and see us and let us help you any time between 3PM and 5PM, Tuesday through Thursday complete your FAFSA application and answer any questions you might have. Students and parents are encouraged to join us for the 40th Annual MLK Jr. Day celebration on Monday, January 15th. Reverend Nontombi Naomi Tutu (daughter of the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu) will be on campus. There will be a free session with Reverend Tutu at 1:30pm in the Johnson Auditorium located inside of Cynthia S. Ross Hall. Reverend Tutu’s session will mainly be a Q&A opportunity for you to engage with her work and advocacy and will last one hour. This event is open to the public and no registration is necessary so share with your friends and family. We would love to see you there!
